Airbus Group is using the e-CF within its competence and learning environment. The eCF enables us to promote the integration of resource assessment and development. A significant additional benefit is that the e-CF promotes comprehensive inter-departmental collaboration.

Amcor Flexibles use the e-CF competences for role definitions in the ICT department, and in individual development plans.
Capgemini use the e-CF as a common language in workforce transformation projects. The company sets up and complements professional profiles in a specific area of expertise and links them to market standards. These new profiles comprise of e-competences, personal competences and business competences. Development opportunities, training courses and certifications are selected and combined with these competences. After workforce transformation, ICT Professionals are aware of their competences and how to develop them. ICT companies benefit by labour mobility, development paths, curricula design, control on projects and budgets.

The Spanish insurance company with a presence in more than 45 countries and 35.000 employees has implemented the e-CF in its IT departments in order to assess and enhance current job descriptions and streamline investment in training and education.
Poste Italiane has implemented the e-CF for IT professionals to enhance current job descriptions, assess internal ICT resources, build development/training programs and ensure alignment of its ICT professional system with the e-CF.
Randstad Italia SpA,
Randstad Italia is using e-CF plus to align job profiles with appropriate competences. The company is contemplating offering a certification of e-CF profile (in collaboration with AICA) for some of our commercial propositions (Outplacement, Requalification of competences, Outsourcing).

The Dutch Central Government has related the organisation and personnel structure of ICT professionals to the e-CF in support of their educational requirements. This „Kwaliteitsraamwerk IV” defines the standard for ICT professional competences, skills and knowledge for ICT professionals in Central Government. The e-CF has been used since 2012 to match individual training plans to the offerings from ICT professional education providers.
